If "fairness" a part of law, and if not does it make us look like a joke to other countries?

Monday, April 19th, 2010

10 years ago I stated on my website… "Law school should be 5 times the tuition, and Med school free". If this had been implemented back then, we wouldnt have the caregiver crisis for the elderly, we have now. Like the ravages of a rampant plague, a perpetual suspicious dubious environment, of endless litigation suffocates prosperities "chance to happen"…..tantamount to creating vibrant communities of trusting realationships. The eventual tax revenue, created for the states better than, "sweeping under the rug" those who, just happened to fall through the cracks, mostly for lack of opportunity, and the eventual cost keeping them along after the brokenhearted give up on life. A bit "Orwellian" how DWI became DUI which is now "impaired" (to cover .00000001 and a vitamin or allergy relief pill from a week ago as 2 DUI’s) Arizona’s pride in having the worlds largest refugee camp, in the world, is sickening, especially when those in terrorists jail camps eat better than 2 sandwich/day

If this was the case, then who would cover all of the medical malpractice suits? You may not like lawyers, but they’re necessary in society. And I’m sure you’d jump at getting one should your constitutional rights be threatened. What if someone shot you in the leg. You’d go to the hospital, but you wouldn’t want to see that man thrown in jail (and/or you possibly suing him).

Clean and nothing funky will be just fine. They do not particulary care what you wear.

Why Incorporate in Delaware?

Friday, April 16th, 2010

Why you should Incorporate in Delaware or Form a Delaware LLC:

The internal operations of Delaware Corporations and LLCs are governed by Delaware law. The US Chamber of Commerce has rated Delaware’s litigation system #1 of all 50 states in the past five years in every category (Judges’ Competence, Judges’ Impartiality, Overall Treatment of Tort and Contract Litigation, etc.)

Additionally, recent amendments to the Delaware LLC Act now make it the state-of-the art jurisdiction for LLCs. Delaware’s Charging Order Remedy is exclusive and very narrow, to starve out a creditor. Creditors are no longer entitled to other legal and equitable rights to attach assets. Assignees are also bound by the Operating Agreement even if they did not sign it.

Why should I incorporate in Delaware or form Delaware LLC?
Delaware is an easy and reliable state in which to incorporate or form LLCs, plus the annual cost is low. A few examples of Delaware’s benefits include:

* Easy and Reliable
* Delaware law has been tested and provides predictability.
* Delaware regularly updates its laws to remain the leading state for incorporation.
* Delaware has a separate Court of Chancery that handles Corporation law cases quickly and competently.
* Delaware allows the owners and managers of an LLC to remain anonymous.
* Annual Costs: The Delaware Corporation minimum annual franchise tax is $35 and the filing fee is $25. The Delaware LLC annual fee is $200, regardless of capitalization.

What tax savings will I receive if I incorporate in Delaware?

Delaware has no sales tax or intangible personal property tax. No Delaware income tax has to be paid and a business license is not required if the Corporation does not do business in Delaware.

If I Incorporate in Delaware can I do business in other states?

Yes, Delaware Corporations and LLCs can qualify to do business in all 50 states and in foreign countries.

For personal service, please feel free to call our Incorporation Specialists on our toll-free line (800) 759-2248 if you have any questions.

Why do bible pounders try to slide religion into bills to be made into laws when they know not too?

Friday, April 16th, 2010

Why do these individuals try to slide religion into bills that will become laws? They know about the separation of church and state but they still do it anyway? Do they do it for the press it will generate? In many cases the "law" is overturned in court when brought to the governments attention.
In other situations it leads to litigation that could have been avoided. This in turn leads to clogging up the courts, tax dollars spent on litigation that could have been avoided in the first place had the politician not done such a thing. And that money could have been better spent on things like public health, education, better roads and so on.
Should those politicians who do such things be made accountable for their acts?

Don’t forget that American law and America herself is founded on the principles of the bible. They are together, and no one can truly separate them, even if they try to or think they have.

Can the IRS AUDIT TAXES for no reason at all?

Friday, April 16th, 2010

Im only 20 and my auntie said she paid some company 300 to file her taxes and i told her its free through turbo tax and she said the company she went through protects you against audits. What in the world, so if i turbo tax my taxes every year they can come after me for no reason??? Im highly confused.

The IRS can audit anyone that it wants to audit. A certain number of audits are conducted every year on a random basis.

The authority to conduct any and all audits is found in section 7602 of the Internal Revenue Code, which says that the IRS "is authorized to examine any books papers, records or other data which may be relevant or material" to "ascertaining the correctnes of any return" or "determining the liability of any person for any internal revenue tax."

The company that "protects against audits" is not promising that you will not be audited. They are only promising that if you ARE audited, representatives from the company will go with you to the audit. Tax return preparers have no authority to stop an audit. The fact that you had someone else help you with your return might help alleviate penalties if you were subject to penalty. (That’s under section 6664(c) of the Internal Revenue Code.)

If your return is not complicated and if you know you’re being honest, there is no reason to spend $300 to have someone prepare it.
